Privacy or deletion request

Stop Slop uses no account, so we ask for a Privacy Request ID to find and delete the correct anonymous subscription record:

1. Open a Premium screen (for example, select a locked Premium option on Home).
2. Find Privacy Request ID near the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Support links.
3. Tap Show ID, then Copy ID.
4. Email [email protected] with your request and the copied Privacy Request ID.

Do not share this ID publicly. As with any request, do not send card numbers, CVV, passwords, or full receipts.

Restore Premium

1. Use the Apple Account that purchased the subscription.
2. Open a Premium screen by selecting a locked Premium option, such as Guess the Historical Figure on Home.
3. Tap Restore Purchases and allow the request to finish.

Restoring an eligible subscription restores Premium access. It does not restore local game progress.

Premium is missing or plans will not load

Check your internet connection and whether the subscription is active in your Apple Account. Reopen Stop Slop and try Restore Purchases. If the problem continues, send support the app version and the message shown. A cancelled purchase does not activate Premium; a pending purchase may require Apple's approval process to finish.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Manage subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Stop Slop does not cancel a subscription. See Apple's instructions to cancel a subscription or request a refund. Apple determines refund eligibility.

Party Tilt

Hold the phone horizontally and steady while it calibrates. Allow motion access when prompted. Tilt down to Pass and up for Correct. If motion is unavailable, use the on-screen Pass and Correct buttons. Include your iPhone model and the status message if you need help.

Saved games and progress

XP, streaks, preferences, and saved games are stored on your device. Stop Slop has no account-based progress recovery service. Deleting app data or reinstalling may erase progress. Contact support before reinstalling. Older Historical Figure saved rounds require Premium to resume; the app does not grant new Free introductory rounds for that standalone game.

What to include in a request

• App version/build, device model, and iOS version.
• The steps that led to the problem and the exact error message.
• A screenshot only if helpful, with unrelated personal information removed.

Do not send passwords, full receipts, card numbers, CVV, or device/customer identifiers unless support explains a specific need and a suitable way to provide the minimum information. We do not automatically attach diagnostics to requests.
